Booking and cancellation

Trips are booked and paid for through our booking system, Activitar, and card payments are processed by PayGenius. The service terms shown when you book apply to your booking. In short:

Please report 30 minutes before departure time.
All trips are subject to availability and sea conditions.
Changes to a booking need 24 to 48 hours' notice by email.
A guest who does not arrive for a booked trip is charged in full.
If we cancel a trip because of unsafe sea or weather conditions and cannot reschedule you, you are refunded in full.
If conditions become unsafe for swimming after the boat has launched, the trip is refunded down to the seal viewing rate.
Every guest signs an indemnity form before the trip. A parent or legal guardian signs for anyone under 18.

Partner trips listed on our activities page are run by the operators named there. Their own terms, age limits and cancellation rules apply and are shown when you book.
